I realize blog viewing is much simpler without having to sign in each time to view or comment. So I am temporarily removing the private setting for this blog. I am still not sure how comfortable I am with it so I am going on a trial run.

Thankful - Day 15 - Autumn Leaves

I think Autumn is my favorite season. I love the cool down in the weather, the beautiful changing colors, and the excitement in the air for the up coming holidays.

And as an added bonus, we can make fun out of new chores!  Woohoo!

The kids love to rake the leaves so they can jump and play in the piles.  And I am all for it!  It gets the leaves raked up and they enjoy doing it.

They love to hide and we (the parents) all pretend that we don't know that there is a little body (or bodies) underneath the pile of leaves.   It makes for good memories.
I also find it super funny when they think they will be able to just POP out and they forget that a pile of leaves can be a bit heavy and not so easy to just jump right out of!
